Side Effects

The most frequent tadalafil side effects are: headaches, muscle aches (and even back pain), indigestion, flushing, awareness of your heart beat and dizziness. There was also noticed stuffy or runny nose. Side effect can be easily exlained by the ability of PDE5 inhibition to cause blood vessels to widen. These side effects usually just disappear in a few hours.

Rare side effects include nosebleeds, sweating, tachycardia, chest pain, eye pain and blurred vision. The most rare side effects are migraine, fainting and even heart attack (only in cases of pre-existing risk factors for heart disease). But these affect only 1 in 10,000 people.
